recently purchased a samsung moment, it was a BIG mistake, that phone is just dumb... its a rippoff, nothing can b transferd to the phone since no computer can detect the phone's driver, which is common for every other phone... the second problem, the mic is off once headset is plugged, third, no software like adobe, ms office or any of the basic operating system can be downloaded on the phone, the expensive samsung moment will give the message "phone not compatible for download" the only thing the phone is good for is google, which is basic for every other cheap phone... I will take that pieace of trash back to best buy ASAP n disconect my service with Sprint for wasting my precious time... samsung instinct is a way better phone than that piece of trash...

i recently startied up wiyh the internet, was surfing an ad. along side , inside my
window staetied get a free phone (one of a group of many was that phone),free over night
fed.x. shipping,with particapate. well the particapation was picking from several offers,i
just had to pay the shipping, all three ad's total each was $6,$8,$6, good deal hu,well thought i would try this once,
once is all im being forcied to purchass,other product,to get this phone free, it took like 15
minuets,what 24,dollars,no free phone, one of the offers you had to buy,didnt come in either;
a lettur for service,needing a deposit and information for service ,a bill with,, another company came in,,
go be figure...that one..

Basically, i think you are a moron. you bought a phone you didnt research. The samsung moment, which i both have and sell, is an amazing piece of equipment. It is, infact, the fastest of all androids on the market, supports flash and will have flash when the update comes out, and has thousands of free and cheap applications. what you needed was a windows mobile based phone or a laptop. i think the mistake here was you.... buying something you have no clue about. android software is by far the best when it comes to business mixed with entertainment, blows the iphone clear out of the water after harpooning it thru its greedy little heart, and it is obviously too much phone for you. get a netbook and a tracfone. infant.
