I have sent them pictures of the receipt picturs of the the phone with the imei and macaddress.

purchase date of 09/23/2016 on the receipt from Best Buy department store

input information into their data base via registration for promotion same date, then input the imei and mac addresses into the appropriate slots. their system tells me they are invalid.

which is impossible.

I recently resent the above items reciept and photos again.. their current reply is now it will take an additional 2-3 weeks to resolve this issue.

well if you read the rules  mr/mrs promotions Tier II department ....No phonenumber either. to call direct to this department.

look at the photos and purchase date . full out right purchase paragraph 3 section a and b. it clearly states my samsung s7edge qualifies...... no IMEI OR MAC IS  really required in these rules so send my 256gb ssd for the phone as promised for this promotion...
