"Dr. Sam", as he refers to himself, is politically connected to the Delaware County Court, and certain lawyer who practice there. He ignore facts, and write reports to fit pre-determined outcomes. He appears to be the "go-to" guy for certain judges, who need an "independent" report to support their pre-determined custody order.
Avoid this guy AT ALL COSTS. If you MUST use him, be sure to correspond in writing, especially when providing information. Anything verbal, he will deny, and he will claim to have no notes. YOU must be able to produce the records which were sent to him.
It's no coincidence that "Dr. Sam" was the evaluator involved in the Matusiewicz case in Delaware, which ended tragically in murder at the courthouse.
