I am a employee of this company. I have witnessed on numerous occasions the act of discrimination. Upper managent made sure if they did not like you (especially if you were african American) that you would soon be history. All of the employees that were fired were minorties. Currently or has their ever been in the history of the company been an african american manager.

Manuel Benitez runs the organization as a n**i unit and what he says goes, no exceptions. It was brought to the attention of management regarding the use of "RED DYE DEISEL FUEL" used in the departments on road deisel vehicles, I was told to keep my mouth shut and not to contact any outside agency until management could figure out how to get around paying the fuel tax. Management is aware of unsafe work areas and numerous OSHA violations.

Rate payers are lyed to on a regular basis regarding the water bills. One particular customer service person is rude and disresecpectfully to customers over the phone and in person. Their is currently 2 cases pending by the state of california for racial discrimination. Beware of the government entity.

AUTHOR: Georgee - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 10, 2010

I kindy had an idea something was fishey over their, quite often the water tasted bad and a strong odor. Once a week their were water main breaks in the main road and as a result my water bill went up. When I called the main office in victorville, I was told to pay the bill or the water would be shut off. I am very dissatified with this company. I live by the lake and my bill keeps going up.....Please help.
