San Diego Bureau Of Child Support Enforcement San Diego Bureau for Child Support Enforcement Failed to Collect Child Support San Diego California

The San Diego Cunty California Child Support Enforcement Bureau failed to act on a court order and collect child support and failed to bring my ex-husband to justice for owing arrears in excess of over $50,000.00 in child support plus current child support. The original court order was filed in 1993 and California failed to collect on the court order and ignored my pleas to collect. I feel that this county does not use all the means necessary to "enforce" child support cases.

Most of the time they claim the workers claim they are understaffed, however, I would do the foot work for them, contacting them several times after locating my ex-husband, Cecil Calloway's, addresses and employers and still they failed to follow through on the leads until it was too late and allowed him time to move on to a new job and/or location.
