San Diego Harbor Police / Galveston Texas San Diego County, Gun Barrel Lake, Waste Management Mormons posing as San Diego Harbor Police at local Airports/train & bus terminals San Diego Harbor, California

Do you know there are tons of unlawful conduct by San Diego Harbor Police that are mormons using stolen police officer uniforms, fake badges, issuing ridiculous tickets for the most unimportant infractions, especially against the homeless, and they are threatening women/females that they will be sent to Los Colinas Detention Center in Vista, Texas if they don't "do as they're told"?  That women's jail is also known as Vista Women's Detention Center, and don't be surprised if they try to change the sign at the gate in case you get other reporters that are able to get in there and witness the acts against humanity/ethical behavior there.  They house underage minors there, pregnant homeless women, homosexual males, transgender men & women, convicted rapists that are convicted felons, crooked correctional officers, etc.???
 
If you take the MTS Trolley there, get off where there is a TJ Maxx/Target/Jamba Juice shopping center.  There's a cheap-looking Bail Bondsman white building on the corner of the street that you turn into to find the center.  They tell people it's in "Vista" or "Chula Vista" .. but it's definitely a crooked place they're operating there.  Many of the inmates there were wrongfully arrested for simply being female.  In fact, we found out that the committee of North County and San Diego County offer rewards for each female/woman they bring in. 
 
I was homeless today and was ticketed at the San Diego International Airport for falling asleep after midnight, minding my own business, not appearing filthy/dirty, when the police officer named "USKOKOVIC" that sported two different badge ID#'s 5405 & 5495 wrote me a ticket for being a transient.  It says "Beat 503" and Surface Conditions "Dry" and Traffic "Light" .. which translates to were there any witnesses?  See 3865 North Harbor Drive, downtown San Diego Harbor (near International Airport, slightly past the Commuter Airport).  He is a white, Puerto Rican male, wore glasses, about 5 ft 7 inches in height, wearing a black colored police uniform, yet he used his personal cell phone to inquire whether or not if somebody is married??  What's wrong with this picture?  They are Mormons from Utah posing as fake police officers to get personal information off of innocent travelers, homeless, etc.
