I found this company on line. On Feb, 4, 2016, i made a call to them to ask if they could help me with repairs to my vizio tablet. I told them that the power port needed repaired or replaced. I went on line to their site and walked through filling out what they asked for and then I spoke with a male. He told me to send the tablet to them at the address noted on their website. They would get it and look at it and let me know what they found and if it would be worth fixing and the costs involved. I went to UPS and had the tablet send to them and insured it for $200.
It was approx 3 weeks later and not response, so I emailed them to see if they recieved my tablet. No response over the next few days. I tried again to email them. No response. I then called and left a message. No response.
I tried over 6 times within a month time frame. Finally, I left a not so friendly voice mail and insisted on a return call. No response. I tried again a few days later and got someone on the phone. He said they did recieve the tablet and it needed a new power port. DUH!!! He said it would be about 4 weeks before they get the part. I waited until maybe a month and a half and no information. I left two emails. No response. I left a phone message. No response. I finally left a more demanding email and told them that this had been long enough. What is going on with my tablet?? I get an email back telling me that do I realize that Federal Express loses packages all the time. He then told me that since I was so unhappy with them, that he would return the tablet to me.
I emailed a response and stated that all I wanted was communication and if they can fix it to go ahead and fix it and call me and I will give them my credit card for payment. I hear nothing.
About another 3 weeks later I go thru the same ritual. I email them, I call them. No response.
i finally email them and tell them to imediately return my tablet and I will go find someone esle to fix it. I sent this message to their email address off their website. I did this again the following week. No response. Around the 1st of June I email them and tell them that I am going to contact the Attorney Generals office of California if I do not get a call telling me that my tablet was mailed back to me. Nothing.
I have since contacted the California, San Diego BBB and filed a complaint. San Diego Pc help has not returned the BBB followup. The BBB has sent another followup. As of today, July 7th, no response.
I have also mailed a complaint to the California Attorney Generals office. Waiting for a response.
I can't believe this company can get away with this. No customer service skills. Won't respond, won't send my tablet back. This is pure Theft of my property.
I see they have other Rip OFF Report filings.
Great Company, NOT!
I want my tablet back. Please post this SO no other person gets screwed by this terrible thieving company.
