Such a DISAPPOINTMENT and shame for San Juan not to stand behind their product after claiming they are the best of the best. No response from Owner/warranty person regarding the defective pool that was installed at my property less than a year ago! SHAME ON YOU!!
1st pic has stains after 3 months..then after additional work the stains are back in the same locations with the same shape @sanjuanpools said it was a water chemistry issue. The water has been tested monthly and all is fine!!! No one seems to care or stand behind their product.
San Juan, "thanks" for sending technicians that drained the pool without installing braces for wall support and drilling holes in the new pool. Now I have bulging walls!! And again Mr Kirk Sullivan, owner does not seem to care at all!
according to the warranty information they have 10 year cosmetic warranty - my pool is about 1 year old!
