For several visits to San Manuel Casino with a group of friends, nothing we got than loosing our money.  Slot machines at this location are very tied up and the pay out is very minimal compared to what they describe.  We lost thousands of dollars on these machines and the best we got is a fraction on what we spent.  They give a specific odds but nothing than lies.  One time I asked my friend to check around the floor and look if some one wining a desent amount.  Believe me, 99.9 per cent are loosing their savings.  So save your money and don't spend a dime at their location, they are a gang of herd aiming to empty your pocket.  They have the most restricted slot machines we ever encountered.  Remember my words when you come back empty pocket.

All Slots Pay Out According to Industry Standard

AUTHOR: San Manuel Casino - (United States)

POSTED: Monday, April 26, 2021

Thanks for the feedback. Slot machines at San Manuel Casino are highly regulated. As responsible casino operators, we cannot and do not manipulate slot machine payouts. All of our machines pay out according to industry standard and we have a sterling reputation in the industry, partnering with the World's Top Slot Manufacturers to proudly boast over 4,700 slots, the most in California and on the West Coast, including many World Premiere slots. Our compliance is one of the strictest in the state and everything we do is in accordance with NIGC and GLI.

If you have a dispute over the play or operation of any Class II or Class III game at San Manuel Casino, you have three days to notify the casino and 15 days to submit a completed Gaming Activity Dispute Form. Upon receipt of the Gaming Activity Dispute Form, the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission (SMTGC), an independent Tribal governmental agency, will investigate the dispute and provide a written decision within 60 days. If you disagree with the decision of SMTGC, you have 20-days to file appeal. All information and forms can be found here: sanmanuel.com/dispute.
