San Marcos LA Fitness, Tucker Bickel, Monica Knobel And Tommy Dudley LA Fitness forged my signature on contract and stole monthly dues after my cancellation. Ripoff San Marcos California

LA FITNESS forged my signature on the membership agreement and when I brought it up Tommy Dudley, the highest person I could get to in coorporate office in Texas, told me that I should get an attorney to prove it and that it didn't matter anyways if my signature was forged because once I had come into the gym and given my "billing information," that was my "contract" with them, and it was all they needed. Pretty much my signature meant nothing, but they chose to forge it anyway!

Also, after sending my letter of cancellation they continued to withdraw funds for 3 months until I caught them. I called manager in San Marcos and Escondido gym and they both told me they never got my letter. The manager in Escondido, Tucker Bickel, said "there are many dishonest people out there, so we can't refund $ everytime someone says they have cancelled." Pretty much it was my word against theirs and the "customer was wrong," I was lying and too bad!!!

Do not join LA Fitness! They are dishonest and do not care about customer satisfaction. They are thieves and liars!
