Without Prejudice

During Spring Break my elderly parents stayed two weeks in San Pancho. The first location was clean and met their expectations. The second week they where at Casitas Alicia and Marcos,10 Huachinango,San Pancho,Nayarit , Mexico. (Deplorable Conditions)

The Casiitas had no hot water for four days, had strong musty smell plus smell of garbage from down the street, found two cockroaches in the bed, no towel at the begenning, no lawn chairs, dangerious driveway, very difficult to get up and down the stairs with luggage and had a scorpion as their guest.

As one would put it ,one step up from camping. You had to leave the doors open to get fresh air and to keep cool. Felt uneasy sleeping there, as you can be visited by various naturei ie : snakes, cockroachs, lizards and scorpions.

My mother had difficult breathing due to the strong musty smell  and had to use puffers.  My father had the challenge of going up and down their narrow stairs, barely enough room in the small bar fridge for his medication and having to take a cold shower for the first 4 days. The place was dirty and complained to the owner and San Panchorentals.com

They brought a cleaning lady in and charged my parents for it. As soon as my parents got the keys and saw the place they requested another location. The owner said she would give them money back, and property manager Allison said she would give them $500 back from the $1300.

Put them up in a different place charging them more. Allison (sanpanchorentals.com) and the owners should of put them up in another place and provided a full refund. They did not provide the $500 as promissed only $300 as they had to stay the week with no where else to go.

The driveway is unsafe to drive on as I all most flipped the golf cart due to the angle of the driveway and lose gravel.

I would not recommend SanPanchorentals.com or Casitas Alicia and Marcos to either stay or rent my property through.
