I applied to this company to be a field representative. I went through the application process online and completed it. Part of the application process was a background check, which I agreed to pay $55.00 for. The background check was done, I suppose, because I received a copy of it. Everything passed.
I received a call on Wednesday, 9/2/2015, to call for an appointment to set up my account. I called and set up the date and time for this appointment. The person stated that the only time they had available was Sunday, 9/6/2015. I thought this was a little unusual for the day of the appointment, but went ahead and set it up for 9:00 AM EDT. No call at 9:00 AM EDT, so I waited until 10:00 AM EDT in case there was a mix up on time zones. No call.
I then called the company and extension, but no answer. I ended up with a copy of a background check which I think is a scam.

I read the complaint and would like to post a rebutttal. I have worked for Sandcastle Field Services for about 9 years.
I have completed thousands of reports for them. I have ALWAYS been paid promptly and well for my services. Their office staff are very professional and must treat them well, as most that I deal with have been there for the entire time I have worked with them.
I have no clue why the persons complained had an issue. I never did. NONE. In 9 years I have never had a single issue.
I highly recomment this company as well as their services.
This is not early work. Rural roads, sometimes visits are after dark, angry people, etc., but the pay is decent and I really like the staff and the way they operate. I hope to work with them for many more years ahead.
