I have been called at work many times over the past few weeks by John Perry.  He states that there is a payday loan company filing charges against me for a deliquent payday loan.  I never recieved any calls or emails from this payday loan company.  HE stated that this could be settled for $300.  I paid the $300 and found out after the fact, that this is a scam. I told him when he last called that I researched them and believe that I was scammed.  He got very defensive and threatened to take me to court.  All I want is my money back and for this company to be investigated for their practices.
