Let me start by saying This is a big scam!

 Mr. James Parker called me and stated that i borrowed 300.00 from cashadvanceusa and that if i did not want to go to court and pay out thousands of dollars I needed to pay 745.75.  I was unsure if I had done this so I paid it, Because I was affraid they would take me to court and call my employer and get me into big trouble.  This call came in on Aug 2010 stating I got the money in March of 2010.

Well let me just say that James Carter called today stated the same things he even called my place of employment. That was so uncalled for.  I was listening to this james person and the phone would cut out, there was noise in the backround sounded like a t.v. 

They only wanted my phone number nothing else and they would not give me any information however when my husband called they told him everything.
