I received a $2380 check on or about 9/20/06 and was immediately suspicious upon reading the letter, proclaiming a 50K winning. I did deposited the check eventually, made a copy and called the company on 9/29. During a conversation w/Frank Bison - after a long time of holding the line - he asked that I send him $2200 today and via Western Union. He also needed the # of the check!
"Do this right now, otherwise you waist time. The sooner you do it, the sooner you get your money! And don't show the letter to anyone as they could rip you off... Can you do it today?" and thus went the urgent heads-up.
I expressed my doubts to which he said: "We have paid out millions of dollars in winnings!"
Right then and there I knew this was a rip-off! I will inform the fraud department of USPO!
