do not rent here. save yourself the frustration that I've dealt with for the greater half of the past year. Sandpiper Cove (AIMCO owned) is a place full of scam artists, liars and thiefs. They are eager to push you into an apartment that hasnt fully been cleaned, nor is it functional. They'll refuse to return your deposit, charge you excessively for cleaning once you've left, all the while ignoring maintenance requests and responsibilities any half-assed property management/apartment company could handle.
THe gym is out of date and more often not working.
the staff is unhelpful.
I am glad to be away from this place and am looking for others that were done wrong by this place. Do not rent from sandpiper cove. If you were a victim, contact me.
