Sandra J Wallace Means bought a dress from me on ebay. Listing was "no returns". Brand new with tags. Opened a return request with ebay because the dress did not fit. As a no-returns seller, I declined. Measurements were given. After a very unpleasant exchange of emails with her, where she kept accusing me of stealing her money etc, she sent the dress back anyway without mine or ebay's authorization. Per ebay's advise, I marked it "return to sender" and package was returned to her. 

Several weeks later she filed a chargeback with her credit card company. I do not know what she told them, but she did end up winning the chargeback. So, I am out of the item, out of money and out of $25 in chargeback fees. Hope Sandra J Wallace Means enjoys her free dress.
