Sandra McGeough Sandy McGeough Stole my money and tools and refuses to return my documents for my properties deed along with other legal documents. Cliftonpark New York

When I first met Sandra McGeough she stated she worked for one real estate company that i found out later she hasn't worked for in over 3 years. I have a house that was in bad shape and i wanted to sell it. She advised me that if i put some money into it and got active rent coming in it would sell for $175k. She told me that it would only cost $30k to get fixed up. Well $60k later and I started questioning what was going on. During this time I had her also working on selling another one of my houses. Her and her team was to do a basic paint job for the living room and kitchen and she never bothered to remove door knobs or tape up prior to painting getting paint on door knobs, the refrigerator, oven, floor, and wall outlets. She was hired as the property manager for my other house. I paid her good money for the placement of the first tenant. Then one night my phone was blowing up with text messages from her saying "hay" over and over trying to get my attention. I called to find out what is going on. She tells me a pipe burst in my house and that I would have to go down to shut off the water. At this point I had enough why am I paying her a management fee every month if I have to do everything. When i went there I witnessed the condition of the building and more so what was not finished. That day I hired a new property management company and told her to return the tools and documents that she was fired. She refused to return my property and began to use horrible slurs toward me and told me that I owe her thousands of dollars. I advised her that when she returns the property she will need to send me an itemized report as to where all the money i gave her went as I can't see how the money went into the house. She refused to give back my property and refused to give me and itemized report of the work she and her team did. She claimed that the itemized reports for her work was my job. I have worked with realtors and contractors prior to this and I have always received a detailed itemized report showing how much things would cost and what work was going to be done and how long. She is refusing to do this as it would show how little of my money went into the house. Furthermore as my property manager she was giving a credit card to use to fix things with the building. I discovered prior to firing her she had maxed out the card. she went to the store to buy food and she paid HER electric bill with my card. This card was meant for emergency repairs for the building not her personal shopping card. I  still haven't received my property back. I'm now left with massive amounts of debt along with a $12k credit card bill. Total lost $60k + $8k of tools along with lots of legal documents that will cost me more money to replace. I have also had to pay my new property management company to run the eviction on the tenant that she had advised not to pay me after I fired her.

Reviewing her prior employers it looks like she has had a long history of stealing from businesses and clients. One of her recent past employers advised me that Sandra Mcgeough stole all of her clients when she left the real estate company. Sandra Mcgeough is not to be trusted and is manipulative.

I have called the real estate company (Dream Street Properties, inc) she works for and they have no interest in solving this problem and getting my property back. The company has hung up the phone on me multiple times. They have given me attitude and advised me the most they will do is call her and ask Sandra to return my property other than that they will not do anything to get my property back and haven’t fired her for this action.

I have advised Sandra McGeough that if she would return my property and give me an itemized report as to were all the money went; I would bring it to my accountant and he will determine who owes what money but this was prior to all the damage she as inflicted onto my livelihood. She has called the cops on me multiple times making stories up trying to get me in trouble for random things however; after i explain the situation to the cops they have advised her to leave me alone and the cops have advised me that I should start a lawsuit against Sandra Mcgeough.
