Sandy El-Rayes and the company she works for are cheats and liars.

The parent company is Smart Circle International, based in Orange County, CA (Foothills Ranch). Just Google their name and you'll see all of the horrible reviews. I wish I had seen these before I started work there.

Smart Circle then hires what are basically branch managers to open up branch offices in cities across the U.S. Smart Circle funds the opening of these locations, they supply the product for the branch warehouses. But they put the branch office in a separate llc or corporation name and under the control of the branch manager. A contract is signed so that percentages of the product sold must go back to the corporate office, but then Smart Circle International claims by separating themselves they are separate entities and free from any of the liabilities.

Anyway, so back to the local "branches". They place ads on places like Craigslist, stating they are looking for management trainees, sports minding marketing individuals, etc. I applied, went on an interview with Sandy El-Rayes, and was told they wanted me to start and learn the business from the ground up, and to come back for a shadow interview. I was told to wear business professional, but comfortable clothes. Little did I know this meant I would be walking miles in the streets soliciting make-up to anyone I passed on the sidewalk, walking into stores like Walmart and illegally selling in the aisles, etc.

I needed a job so I figured I would suck it up and do the job for a few months to get into management. Well 6 months passed, they made it impossible to reach their goals (mind you I've been top in sales for most of my adult life). It turns out some of the co-workers are shady and long time friends of Sandy El-Rayes. Some will steal product and some are convicted felons.

They violated numerous laws, including many labor law violations, etc. (they make you work 8am-8pm and Saturdays, and if you don't you'll be fired), no breaks, etc. And after they churn and burn through so many people and they start to feel the heat from law enforcement agencies they just close up the branch, move, and change the branch name and start the branch over.

This has happened over a thousand times across the country. Sandy El-Rayes for example used to be with Foundation Marketing in San Diego, CA with Ian Laird. Then Diamond, Inc. with ‎Nikou Mohajerani in Burbank, CA. Then Freelance Management Group in Encino, CA. And now Vibe Management in Los Angeles near LAX. I bet you this time next year it'll be another company name.

Do your research! Look up these company names and Sandy El-Rayes' name. Don't waste your time and talent with these crooks.
