Sandy Hildreth Unjust court system in every way Harrison Arkansas

This story is really one of amazment , sadness , and just unjust in every way you could possiablely imagine , Its starts out . in December  When a women Melissa oneal and her son Gage Oneal , decided to go up to Ark , For a break and xmas , since she was going through hard times , she just lost her husband and sister not long before that , she lost her job becaze of the depression over it , she was trying to get her thoughts back and get herself in better frame of mind and started to achieve her goals and figure a nice trip would do some good  for her and her son . Well she was gong to ark to a women house name Sandy Hildreth , who just started to claim that she was her sons lost sister , Keep in mine that there is no dna or any such proof to this fact that she is ,

Well from day one of there arival there was alot that was so out of place about this women who was suppose to be a Register Nurse , What you may ask , well one , there son was always over at a mans house who was a grown up and a Vet  , Melissa had repeated to tell her that there was something not right about it , But Sandy kept ignoring it , even Sandy own daughter stated there was ,  One night they told by Melissa son Gage oneal that there son was over at the Vet house drunk . his name was Jeffery Hamilton , Sandy then went over to his house and stated that she found him drunk and half naked on his couch but did not see him around that he was in the shower at the time . she brought her son back to the house to take care of him , Now she did not inform the police of what had happen for what ever reason i dont know but broke the law by just not even reporting to the police that he gave liquer to a underage child and this was his own mother ,  Next day she even invited this man to her home for dinner .  Sounds odd dont it ,  gets better . The man was arrest not to long ago for 80 counts of melesting children , Why was this women not looked into ? by the Bonne county sheriff department , Was it becaze oh well she was a rn and she couldnt of known , you be the judge does it sound like it  . NO theres no way she couldnt of , but wait she comes into other event yet .

When holidays were over Melissa and Gage came back down from Ark to Louisiana , When a horriable accident happen and her son Gage had lost control of there jeep and two kids were killed , please keep in mind her sorrow was so great that his mental state is suffering with post tramtic system and keeps worst and yet has got treatment while he was detained and custody of Sandy  .   The children were his friends ,  PLEASE understand this is not to say he wasnt guilty of neglegents , and the heart felt sorrow to the family of the children , but this was accident and not premeditated , This case has got so out of control and so unjust , Well Sandy heard what happen ran down when she heard and gave Melissa some money to retain a lawyer Marc J Lampert  , Melissa at the time trusted Sandy  and since she was a Rn could understand legal terms better so she has her go to see him , Well from very get go  the lawer seem to never listen to Melissa and would always say i dont work for you , BUT would always call Sandy and would always want her in the court .  But it was Melissa who is being billed  for the rest of his services , hmmm unjust i think so .

The first judge had a conflict of interest becaze he has knew the on the childrens family and went to the services . But yet did not step down knowing this , It took the lawyer to ask him to do so . unjust again you say , we are just begining .  The new judge seems very very and honable man . One problem tho , the lawyer and Sandy were always in touch and had a plan to put it on Melissa who has always been a wonderfull and loving mother to make her fault , so yes it went to neglegents to a custody hearing , and Melissa or any of her real family could never speak up before of the lawyer and Sandy . So the judge never got to hear the side of the mother , she might suffer from depression but she is one of the best and caring mothers there is , the judge awarded Gage to Sandy  , This is what Sandy wanted from day one of even them going there , She has meliplated everything with the lawyer to get this , Melissa  will had been destroyed by this ,  she is very capiable of recieving and taking care of her son , her fault was trusting someone who should of been arrested in frist place for not reporting a crime that was her own son , How could someone who has not even been proved to be his real sister get custody  and has had her own son molested  and tryed to cover it up , how can this happen , This is not justice , this is a circus where someone needs to step in and get control ,  All that is ask is justice , again nobody said he was not guily for neglected , even thos it was accident , but why put more hardship on his mother by giving him to a women who hides behind her RN and isnt working as one . This is unjust and really needs attention .
