Sandy jacoby and Mike savage work in tandem to steal your money if you have any discrepancies whatsoever. The lady is the rudest person I've ever encountered on the phone . They charge drivers hidden fees and they make it where you can't make a living to go home with to your family , Mike savage is a pure crook he will find anyway to charge you $ 1500 for any incident whether you caused it or not . This guy claims to be the smartest person in the room at all times and argues he's smarter than any dot officer . Stay away from this company they will smear your name in the mud when your done with them and make your life he'll trying to get another job . I regret I ever worked for these people. .93 cents a mile isn't worth your career , this guy even Bragg about one of lease drivers getting arrested and having to stay in jail telling all the drivers business to the whole orientation class, what a d****e

Our driver made an unsafe lane change and forced a motocyclist off the roadway at highway speeds. He created the accident with an unsafe lane change action. Just because he did'nt make contact doesn't mean it wasn't his fault. This has been the disconnect in his thought process. The driver was charged by the Missouri State Patrol with Careless Driving at the scene. The Highway Patrol uploaded this to his PSP as a DOT reportable accident, which I have no control over.
Our insurance carrier doesn't admit fault to accidents that they are not liable for. They have admitted liability on this accident because of our drivers unsafe driving. His actions will cost hundreds of thousands of dollars to HVH and the insurance carrier.
We took $1,500 per the lease operating agreement this driver signed. He was in full knowledge that if he was in a preventable accident that we would take no more than $1500 and that he could loose his lease, which is the action we took. He shouldn't of signed the lease at orientation and gone back to a company driver position. He wanted the big boy pay and big boy flashy truck as an owner op without the big boy responsibilities. He wasn't cut out for OTR it seems and should of stayed a city driver.
