I found a car for $10,995 on Truecar.com which was $13,995 at the dealership. I spoke with Craig Pippen and he ran my credit before I even went to the dealership. He was out sick the day my husband and I went to test drive the car. He was rude right away when I told him we drove it. He said I should have waited for him because he then had to share the commission with the guy that let us drive it. The next day I wanted to drive the car again because there was a noise that sounded off to me. Craig drove the car and insisted that I was purging the motor and just needed to go faster. I also complained about the mildew smell. He said again that when they wash the carpets it sometimes leaves that smell. Craig was very pushy and insisted that I make a decision right then. Even though I kept bringing up my concerns with the car he just pushed that I could get an extended warrenty. 

Craig told me someone was in the lobby that wanted the car right then so he needed to know. I went ahead and said yes. A week later I had to go back to the dealership to make a payment and told them that the window was not working and the car was jerking when shifting from reverse to drive. Buddy came and talked to me then. He drove the car and said I was purging it and the window was working fine. I showed him that it wasn't so they ordered the part. A week later the check engin light came on, so I went back up there and told Buddy what happened. Craig came out to tell me they ordered the Transfer controle module, turned the light off and said it was fine to drive. He also said that Buddy told him to tell me that he drove a 2015 and it made the same noise.

I called Kelly Manning, the complaint department and she was very rude and said that there was nothing she could do about it. she was supposed to talk to Shawn and call me back but never did. So I got ahold of Kevin Hester the CEO and he said the same thing that he was going to get Shawn and Buddy's side of the story and call me back. Within minutes, Shawn called me to talk about the issue and was very rude. He said it was my fault that I could have said no and not buy the car. Shawn said Kevin told him to call me. I called Kevin and he said he did not.  A few days later I was stuck in the middle of the road because the car would not shift gears. Got it towed home and called the dealership. At this point I was talking to Shawn Powell the sales manager and he said he was going to get a tow truck to come get it and bring me a loaner. It sat in me driveway for a week before they came and got it. They had the car in the shop for a week. 

I got the car back and a few weeks later it rained and the floorboards were soaked on the driver side. I called them and they said I would have to pay the $250 to diagnosis the issue. I did not have that money so I cleaned the drain tubes for the sunroof myself. Then the next time it rained the car was soaked again. On June 23rd I then called Shawn and he was supposed to check my warrany to see if it was covered and call me back. On June 27th Another person called me the next week and said Shawn would cover the $250 to diagnose the water issue. Later that day I went to get lunch and the car started smoking, the AC shut itself off a few times while driving, the radio went off and back on, the car started to chime and show all kinds of messages on the dash, lights were flashing and the wheels locked up when I tried to move it to a parking spot. I called the dealership and someone from service called to have me call a towtruck. My dad came to pick my and my child up and the car would not do anything at all. an hour later the towtruck arrived and the car started. We went to the dealership and the car was fine. They didnt want to give me a loaner because I did not have my credit card on me, even though last time I sent Shawn a text with all of my information. They offered to get me a cab home and back to get the card. I explain how we did it last time and they said no. I then talked to Tracy in the rental car department and told her what we did last time and said that we were going to break the rules. she pulled the papers apart from the last time and used the pictures of my information to get me a loaner car. 

My dad called Kelly Manning again and expressed his concerns and how the car had this water issue when I bought it because it smelt musty but they brushed it off as cleaning the carpets. she was rude just like last time and said it was a game. So my dad ascked her how she would feel if she was left in traffic multiple times with her kids in the car and she said she wouldnt put her kids in a car that had 130,000 miles to begin with. she said she remembered talking to him before and that he was hostile. (That was a lie. He had never talked to her before.) she said she would call him back and never did.  I got a call later that day from Robert in service and he said that he talked to Shawn about the repairs and he told him it was all on me. The water leak from the sunroof got into the sparkplug housing and the wiring harness. It was going to be $2700 and none of it was covered under the warrenty becaus eit was due to the sunroof. I had the choice of going through my insurance to pay for the repairs. So that is what I had to do. The adjuster called me and said they could cover everything buy the seals for the sunroofs and the $1000 deductible. I had no choice but to say okay. All of this has happened in the 5 months of getting the car. So here I am now, July 1st, 2017 and the car is in the shop for the water issues. I wish I had never went to this dealership and will never go there again. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM SANDY SANSING AT ALL.
