Sanford Brown Institute I would like to create a Class Action Suit For Sanford Brown  Trevose Pennsylvania

I would like to creat a class action Lawsuit against Sanford Brown Institue .

They are not a college can't call them that there not even a career institute they are not professional or ethical.

They say they know how to help you but they do not.I got on a medical leave because my son had a heart attack.I could no longer go to school at Sanford Brown because of this.Then 2 weeks along I get an annoying phone call from a debt collecter about me owing a student loan I was off on a approved medical leave.I spoke to the Debt collector to find out that Sanford Brown student loan need to be paid even though in 2 more days I was going to return to class.I called one of the Financial Aide Couselers and they told me not to worry upon my return we would fix all the paper work and it will go back to normal.This did not return I went back I was in Sanford Brown for about a week when I got a threaning call from again the debt collector that said "If you do not pay the balance due we can garnish your salary and take your tax return" I was surprised because I filled out all the right paperwork for the leave and all the paper work for my return and the Financial Aide Couseler did everything for me made me sign a bunch of papers towards my return and stating that I was no longer liable for the loans.Ok I get the calls from the debt collector everyday with the same threats so.I decided to call the institution that handled the loan which was Sallie may to learn that no such paper work was ever summited and that I am responsible for the loan.Wait a minute I was told that I was going to get finacial aide.Ok then I asked them what can I do they told me that I would have to talk to Sanford Brown an resumit until then I was not allowed to advocate any money to that school until balance was paid.I went and spoke to yet another Finacial aide person amoung the many different ones I got.This time to my surprise she tells me you can not come to this school or you will be responsible for your own payments with the School I told her but all I need to do is resumit the paper work.I was told what paper work? I returned another day with the copies of the original documentation to resumit the process get this she tells me we do not accept copies has to be the original.I was shocked well I could not come back to school stuck with debt and because it was a family medical leave I had to give the original copy to the school if not the leave would not get approved and they got it now I was left out in the cold.

Wanting to go to Sanford Brown but getting the Door shut right in front of me.Then to make matters worse I get a letter from the school telling me to finish what I had started that they incourage me to go to classes.Ok I pay up the student loan all of it then when I sent for the credits to go to a real college they slap me again with new monies owed without explaining why and what for.Now according to them in order to give me the credits they need me to pay the money that I owe 819.00 back in 2009 with interest its way more. I feel they have been getting awasy with too much and they deserve to pay all the student from were ever the are New York ,New Jersey ,Forida lets rise up and make them pay us back the worthless education that takes advantage of decent hard working Americans!Let rise a Class action suit against these people so they learn not to do this anymore have you guys looked at all the comments people have left from different areas of the country the same complaint deseptive practices loosing paper work charging money thats already have been paid I say we should all get our money back and I am greatful this dump that the call an institue be closed down for good.Let me know anyone out there have any lawsuit or any interest to persue this? Any Lawyers willing to take the chance? Please call me we got to do something about this.
