Sanjay Pandya AKA Mall Resources, AKA Indo Chine, AKA Templar International is a brazen scammer opperating in the merchant processing space.  He took one week's worth of our merchant processing and simply kept the money.  He has mad no attempt to furnish reports, provide bank name (original info was all false), or resolve the situation.  We processed for one week and have no updates in the four months since.  I will gladly update this post should anything change.  If you come accross this person, do not walk - RUN the other way.  His known partners include Charles Fogg with Consulta, LTD and Financial Partners Wealth Management (www.consultalimited.com and www.financialpartnerwm.com ).  He also works with Tim Johnstone.  Local authorities have been contacted in both cases. Local law enforcement does not get too worked up about international matters but they are on the radar and apparently familiar with all of the aforementioned characters.  Known addresses for Sanjay include: 30 Raffles Place, Level 17 Chevron House, Singapore 048622.  Pasage Joan XXIII, 6.
