i booked a room at the santa ans tavell in on 2005 N main st in santa ana california made resevation went to motel to check in to find i booked the wrong date i thoght i booked for the 21st but they had me for the 22nd asked if any rooms avaliable they said no becahse im working there and had to work the next day and the go home i had to cancell because they could not accomidate me  how ever they still charge me the room fee of 69.00 dollars knowing i booked wrong day just minutes before i got to the motel when speaking to them thy lied to me said i had to go through booking .com find out that wasnt true they are the one resosible foe my refund now saying i didnt cancell 72 hours before time which was imposible because i had just book the room minutes prior to findin out i input the wron date!!!
