Santa Barbara Preserves, Co. SB Preserves Scam that preys upon brides-to-be! Santa Barbara, California

Through ETSY/Paypal, I paid this company $755.00 for custom wedding favors. Raspberry Jam! I was very excited about this purchase until I realized that the owner was not going to deliver the product. I didn't believe this was even possible until I looked at other recent reviews on her etsy profile stating that they were going through the same exact thing. I have sent her multiple emails in the past 2 weeks and phone calls.

At first, I was slightly concerned that the owner may be hurt/sick etc. Then I looked at the dates of other complaints and saw that I had heard from her since then.

The thing that irritates me the most is that when I emailed her asking if she could set up the listing for the remaining balance a month ago, I heard from her immediately and I paid immediately. She was EXTREMELY responsive when it came to getting paid.

Now that two weeks have passed and I have not heard from her and I should already have my favors according to when she told me they would be shipped, I am concerned.

Now with less than 3 weeks until the wedding I . . . 1. Have to file claims with Paypal/BOA 2. Have to figure out completely new favors in a short amount of time.

I am extremely disappointed because I was happy to pay for the product, it appeared as though I was going to get favors that were worth the expense. Now that I have not even received the product or heard from the vendor, I am confused as to if she is even a legitimate vendor and not a fraudulent "company".

It is obvious that this company is either out of business, about to be out of business or a scam. If anyone reads this review and is not convinced, go on ETSY.com and read the other recent reviews from customers who have not received their already purchased products, most have not even been refunded:
