I went to Santa Rita Shell gas station to fill up gas in my Acura MDX 2007 model car. I still have couple of gallons of gas left in the tank before I went to the gas station. I filled up the gas using my credit card. It stopped after 23.15 gallons ($75 reached the limit), my tank was not full. I checked my car fuel tank capacity, it is only 21 gallons. I went and complained in the store. I spoke to a person named Kamal. He claims that Alameda county calabrates pumps twice a year and they had one last month. There is nothing wrong with the pump.
This is total ripoff and cheating. I didn't what to do and who to complain. These guys should be put in Jail and fine them heavily. I have taken pictures and saved the receipt. I am willing to provide any documentation you may need but I would like to get these guys punished.
