Got a legal name change in 2015. Each year I would go in there including this year to try to get it changed because I had two other banks that only required a copy of my court document and my license. Was always met with the same nonsense that I had to send my original court doc with seal to their Boston mass location which is the Headquarters where they could only do it.
I’m in the middle of buying another house and I’m sick and tired of having to show my court doc because the mortgage company sees two different names. Their reading PA office had two executives who basically lied for this man as he lied to them claiming they did a formal investigation and no one refused to change my name. That’s why Gabriel apologized for his intern right?
That’s why he apologized when I asked how long he was working there bc I was getting denied there for years as well - and he stated a while and apologized again all the while lying to their executives saying he did a formal investigation. Why would I do a formal complaint if I was sick and tired of them denying to do it at the branch level since 2015.
They have a copy they know when it got changed. Why would I change everything else but that? Gabriel is a good actor in my opinion, apologized for his workers not doing what they should but then reporting to their executives that I never was denied. Then I see he does fake reviews on yelp claims he’s the customer.
Him and his wife do it on Facebook why is that? Why does he have to inflate his score unless he’s hiding something. Just shows you how shady this guy is and their Boston mass and reading pa locations are. Find a different bank.

Lies as usual...

First off - I have been on that other review site for years-and out of roughly 470 reviews, they do show anyone desiring to know my ratio rating of who I give reviews to from 1-5-and most get 5 stars, because they do their job right ... and don’t lie. But good passive aggressive reply back here about trying to add I complain about every business ... laughable, when most get 5 stars and there’s proof of that.
If that’s YOUR way of rectifying a situation further - and desiring what was your terminology? ... To forgive your branch one day - then you do have a "special way” of attempting to do that. Not surprised though, as I stated previously-you seem like a very good actor (as my husband agreed), but your real self came out a little in your response didn’t it?
One of YOUR own reviews was pulled because you violated TOS by posting a review to your own company much like you did on fb. Anyone on fb looking at your branch page can see you posted it because it has your name. With the other review site - I have that response from the other review site stating they saw that it was a conflict of interest and pulled it.
Obviously you have to inflate your rating on other sites because that’s what a great manager who doesn’t lie and does everything right does, right? Secondly you called ONE time and spoke with me. Maybe you have selective memory. I got back to you and stated I worked ... and Milford was further out of my way because I had stopped in there when I was out there and got my request denied - and that I might just go to another branch.
You said to make it right you wanted me to come back there, because you were asking me questions on what the individual looked like that denied my request -stating your bank should know how to do a simple name change. I told you I would see you -and I did. I thought everything was fine too when I left. - I wasn’t crying etc - I was disgusted with your bank when we first spoke. But I was nice to you when we spoke and there was no rudeness or tears.
Don’t pretend like you’re the night in shining armor over here that tried to do everything right. The complaint here was because you CHOSE to go to corporate yourself and tell them AFTER you met with me, that you did a formal investigation with your employees, and no one there did anything wrong. That’s the response I received from corporate in writing, when I know what you had just told me when I met with you- so you’re lying to corporate-but telling me a different story.
Great management skills ... in my opinion. - My point was why would I get that letter when you’re publicly now saying you are a training hub and you were training, and that individual messed up when giving me information that they don’t do that at your branch. You say one thing to the customer ... and then report back to corporate another.
If that’s how you desire to do business - is lie to the customer but tell corporate your branch didn’t do anything wrong - then that’s a problem with you. I see you didn’t address your fake reviews with your wife and such though. So obviously you don’t think you’re doing anything wrong ever. You just go out of your way for everything and everyone- not ever lying. Good luck in the future with that work ethic.

My name is Gabriel Pereira and I am the manager for the Milford office the one who tried to help this person, i received an escalation from the cooperate office about a client who made a public complaint. "The one in question” I called and immediately tried to address the issue once it was brought to my attention, caed the client multiple times to fix the issue, the client was upset and i tried to calm her down.
I immediately addressed the issues and apologized on behalf of the associate who was in training as the Milford branch is a training hub, she seemed fine and grateful, i contacted the corporate office to share that that the issue was resolved only to discover another complaint by this individual who has a track record of posting negative comments of every business she interacts with.
I believe that by helping others prosper i prosper in the process and have done my best to address this persons concerns and hope that one day she can forgive us for causing any possible inconvenience.

I hate to burst your bubble but I am not this person, I do not and have not worked for this or any bank. In fact if you look around this site you will see that the "Oh you must be them/work for them" is a very common response when you have nothing to really contradict the comments made. I personally have been accused at working at dozens of companies from various banks, dealers, to even being the Chief of Police for a small town.
If you look at the top of this site you will see a button called "Latest Reports". That is where the general public can come and see all of the reports, at which time your report popped up.
By the way you never stated why in the 4 years this has been going on you didn't move your account if this disturbs you so much?

Is this one of your other accounts Gabe? I was going to do a review on Facebook and saw where you left yourself a review that your branch was so wonderful as did your wife because those were the ONLY two 5 star reviews. And obviously you have a picture there so anyone who has dealt with you knows what you look like and that you’re writing you’re own reviews on different sites.
Your last name was in the email you sent so when the only two people that leave reviews for Santander that are positive are you and someone with your same last name it’s not hard because you both publicly wrote reviews to Santander... to know who you are. I don’t have to stalk anyone - it’s in plain view when you go to the Santander site. But you wouldn’t know that because you’re acting what clueless?
I am pulling my money out due to the lying and deception but how would you know that I wrote a review here of all places unless you’re googling yourself everyday or what?

I bet there is more to this story, as why in the world would you care about the Facebook account of an individual and his spouse? Seems more like a case of stalking than anything else.
By the way, if they disgust you so much for not changing your name for 4 years...why did you not follow your own advice and find another bank? Or perhaps a better question is why didn't you just expand your patronage of one of the other two banks you are also using who changed your name without an issue?
