santuary 7 massage Tracey stole my money latham New York

 Purchased a massage package from tracey at santuary 7 massage- 100 dollars for 3 massages. I attempted several times to schedule an appointment with her ands she either never answered , never returned my calls or said she was unavailable. It took 3 months to finally get in contact with her when i finally just asked for a refund of my $100.00. She stated they dont so refunds as the package doesnt expire and then continued to give me excuses why i couldnt redeem the package i paid cash for. she essentially stole my money and refuses to perform the services i paid for and continues to give excuses thats shes too busy or not in town. Ive contemplated filing a civil lawsuit but in all honesty id rather spend my time and energy warning other consumers to not spend their hard earned money at santuary 7. Buyer beware! Most unprofessional woman ive ever met.
