Santuary Modification Services Julian White Peter Took $1300 from me and never contacted my mortgage co. Lake Forest California

In 2009 I was laid off from my job of 6 years.  My new home was completed in May of 2008 by Jim Walter's whom I later found out had been making predatory loans.  They have now closed all of their offices.  To be able to afford the home I had to get it only 90% completed and with the assistance of family we were able to move into our new home.  Back to my complaint about Sanctuary Modification Services; needless to say that I was in a desperate situation after being laid off and trying to find assistance to keep our home, this Company promised to handle the foreclosure and get the mortgage refinanced.  I sent over $1300 dollars that was saved up and they did nothing nor had they contacted the mortgage company.  Everytime I called them they told me not to contact Jim Walters and that they had it all under control.  All I needed to do was send them an additional $700  to negotiate the deal.  I was suspicious and began asking questions. Suddenly the representative on my case went on vacation and also had a family emergency.

 Well,unfortunately, Julian White never returned and the next representative assigned to my case only asked for more money.  When I told them that I wanted to have  documentation on my account and what they had accomplished so far I was put on hold and my call was redirected to voicemail.  I continued to leave messages and eventually my number was blocked.   Not only did I lose my home but the land that was given as a gift was lost also.  The land had been in my family for over 30 years and held a lot of sentimental value.  This company took money that was set aside to provide for my children. Those provisions whould have been a tremendous help during the financial burden of the recession. I pray that they be held accountable for taking advantage of me and any other families they have scammed.
