Today (3/4/2010) I saw there post again on Craigslist:

I don't have to explain much as there are posts about them all over RIPOFF REPORT. However, here was mine and my friend's account of what happened in 2009:

The week before Christmas 2009:
In my case, I knew something was very wrong so I got a handful of cell numbers of other people going to the interviews. I made out calls and all of us got together to form an alliance against SMC. We had not done the "TRAINING" yet. December 23 was the 1st Day of "TRAINING".

December 24, 2009:
This day was the day after the 1st day of "TRAINING" that SMC made us SELL OUT of other "managers'" CARS. This was the day just before Christmas. We called up the Tempe Police and officer Ron Elcock, badge number 20624 was kind enough to assist us in going to the office to confront them. When my friends and the police officer got there, Sara Carl's face was in shock and so bitter and said, "I can't believe you believed what was on the blogs", but we didn't even say or mention anything about that. Ron said, "She's nasty".  We just wanted our Independent Contractor papers that we signed before the day of "TRAINING". Sara said she would email it to us but never did. That same Saturday, we came back AGAIN with Ron. Roweena and Duke said they didn't have a fax and Roweena was going to go to Kinkos that afternoon to scan and email them to us. Everything is a waiting game to them.

In the end, we got our papers back, which when we re-read them, was so WRONG. They are not liable for you because you are an independent contractor.  If you fall and break your leg on one of their "ROAD TRIPS", they are not liable and will not help you. You are never their employee, EVER. You are only an independent contractor and are basically working on your own. NO OFFICE. NO MANAGER OF YOUR OWN OFFICE. NO PROFESSIONAL TRAINING.

Call up your local Government and reveal these guys to your friends. This is just plain wrong. I spoke out, you can too.
