Sarah Bench called us out to look at their portable hot tub.  This woman made an appointment for June 14 th between 8-10 am.  When Sarah made the appointment she stated they believed the spa motor was seized for the spa and wanted us to come out to verify this.  We told Sarah there is an $85 service call charge to come to the house.  Sarah agreed to the charge.  Our technician arrived promptly at 8 am, was directed to the dilapidated back yard full of flies and dog crap, the technician opened the panel where the spa pump and controls are located , plugged the spa pack into the 115v outlet and the motor began to hum but not start, the technician then reached back and attempted to turn the pump shaft verifying it was seized.  Verified what they suspected that the pump motor was seized and we would locate a replacement.  The technician wanted to leave promptly her mother Sue Bench walked out with him to the service van asking for approximate replacement cost we told her roughly 350- 500 range but would call within two hours with an exact price.  The mother asked "do I pay now?" the technician told her no, she could pay once she decides what she wants to do.  They decided they didn't want to fix the spa after we called, we called asked for payment several times in messages and were ignored.  Then we reminded Sarah Bench via text message they agreed to the service call trip charge, are now ignoring us and if they don't pay we will have to take legal action.  At which point Sarah wrote back:
