You were on the same date of the postponed meeting offered a refund of said deposit. In which you also declined . You signed a contract to purchase a animal with full knowledge of the animals location 3 hours away . Because the seller could not uphold there travel plans to deliver said pup at a time of your liking does not make you exempt from your contact . My client has offered to meet in a safe public location even the lobby of the local police station . You yourself are in breach of contract with a outstanding balance owed as well . You seem to have left many details out . You also linked my client to a unknown name that you have found on the internet . Your defamation of not one but now 2 individuals will be called upon in court . You have my clients information . It does not match what you have posted .
