I purchased a tiny female pug off of domesticsale.com for an incredible price with shipping included. Payed thru paypal, and by the way,(they only give you 45 days to file a report and these scammers keep you hanging on till way past that!)
Tons of excuses... She is still too tiny at 9 weeks, tornado late for the flight so they wouldn't let her board (I called, she never even showed up), her gram died, she got in an accident, she forgot the dog food...... ya, at this point I knew I was an idiot!!!
But still I hung on to hope cause she was going to refund my money AND still give me my puppy...for over three months. Thats another thing, instead of just ripping you off she or he doesn't just quit emailing and run, they keep you hanging on and on and on....
Finally I found some other wonderful gals that have went through the same thing and trying to take these people down.
