This perfume seller is using Bait and Switch tactics. I place an order for *Eau de Toilette* strength of a designer fragrance. Waited weeks for my item and contacted seller repeatedly. Was told to check my post office, given fake tracking numbers, was later told she had to check with warehouse staff. Every note, a new excuse.

I had full contact with the buyer through the entire transaction. Our company has been in operation for 7 years and I personally have been in the perfume business for over 14 years and am board certified. I have all emails with this person in regards to this transaction for review if anyone would like to view them.
Buyer ordered vintage scent. Item was shipped from warehouse late because they mixed up the order. I was told item was shipped and they gave me a tracking number unbeknown to myself, the owner, the warehouse gave me a tracking number to another address. I immediately thought the item was shipped to the wrong address so I spent time contacting the other buyer and she did not receive the item. Finally after going over a fine tooth comb with the warehouse we figured out the order was misplaced and not shipped somewhere else so they shipped the item out asap and then I gave the buyer the correct tracking number. The warehouse did send her the wrong item - they sent a cologne instead of an edt. I immediately told Kayla Gaisne to send item back so we could refund her item plus shipping costs. Time passes and no perfume return. She now wants a partial refund of $60.00. I tell her we can only give a partial refund of $40.00 and she refuses this. She next refuses to refund item. I state to her our company cannot give her a complete refund unless item is returned.
Kayla's remarks to myself and my company fall under the category of defamatory. I nor anyone associated with Sarah's Perfumes is a con artist nor did I make up excuses I gave her facts. I worked with this woman to the fullest extent even after she canceled her paypal dispute I still offered her a refund if she returned item. Our company believes in quality service and the customer is always right but there is a line I, as the owner, will have to draw when it comes to defamatory statements about myself and my company. Our company wouldn't still be in operation for 7 years if all we did was scam people. There will be more people on here soon to vouch for our company possibly including the warehouse manager.
