Sarasota Memorial Hospital Billing Department Sent other patient's account numbers, names to me on correspondence when sending insurance intent to refund or retract letter. Also, tell me I owe $2400, send it to collections as $6900, they both th Sarasota, Florida

Sarasota Memorial and Gulf Coast Collection Bureau have unfair, shady collection practices.  Sarasota offers (they do not tell you this) settlement of $2400, then even when you are making payments, they try to get $200 a month so it is paid off in a year.  They threaten to ruin your credit even when you are making payments.  Then they send you to collections if you do not pay the $200 a month.  When it goes to the collection bureau the amount doubles.  Mine went to $4900.  They collection bureau then says that Sarasota was offering a settlement.  Well they did not say that to me.  Then they offer 20% off and if you do not have that money, they too try to now get $400 a month so it is paid in a year.  And also, threaten with ruining your credit.  No one agreed to pay either of these companies that much a month, so they should not be reporting to a credit bureau.  I have offered less, what I can afford to pay, and still am having my credit ruined due to an unfortunate accident and not having insurance.  Of note, Sarasota also sent me other patients account numbers, names, claim date, claim amounts highlighted over (which I could read the information under the highlight).  This department needs an overhaul and quick.
