Sartori Properties llc / Talita Sartori I have filed a lawsuit against this nasty human, the court date is 4/17/2018 at 9am, Broward county court house, room 10165 and any old or new tenants are more then welcome to show up, She has stole my deposit and then said I owed her $3700.00 more for damage but I have videos were I left her property in good standing. She thinks she's the boss of people and treats people like dirt for no reason, she is a crook with a record, very nasty, person, her and her husband SCAMMERS/ ROBBERY, UNHEALTHY LIVING CONDITIONS Pompano Beach Florida

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, LEAVE YOU IN THE DARK, SHE ACCUSED ME OF CAUSING DAMAGE TO HER FLOORS AND DEMANDED I PAY HER $3700.00 IN ADDITON TO STEALING MY DEPOSIT, $5700.00 FOR REPLACING THE FLOORS WHEN HER AIR CONDITION FROZE UP AND CAUSE THE FLOORS TO BECOME WET AND DAMAGED, HOW WAS THAT MY FAULT? ALSO SHE DID NOT GIVE ME FRESH PAINT WHEN I MOVED IN BUT SAID I NEED TO PAY HER FOR REPAINTING THE UNIT AFETR I MOVED, SHE IS VERY NASTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL, LOVES TO RENT TO SECTION 8, FEELS THOSE PEOPLE ARE LESS EDUCATED AND FEELS THAT SHE CAN TREAT THEM HOWEVER SHE WANTS AND THATS LIKE DIRT, SHE HAS TO HATE HER LIFE BECAUSE SHE IS A BAD PERSON FOR NO REASON, WILL ACT NICE TO GET YOU IN BUT AFTER THAT YOU WILL BE TREATED REALLY BAD, , RUN RUN RUN, I HAVE A LAWSUIT FILED AGAINT HER, ANY OLD OR NEW RENTERS ARE MORE THEN WELCOME TO COME, BROWARD COUNTY COURT HOUSE, COURTROOM 10165,  LOCATED 201 SE 6TH ST, FORT LAUDERDALE, FL, 33301 ON 04/17/2018 AT 9AM

In response to this  (#7 General Comment , **Tenant that will be attending, AUTHOR: Tee - (United States), the landlord advised the tenant about timelines and venues of comunications according with Lease Contract. After conersing Tenant and landlord enconteured a common ground and issue was resolved. Landlord and tenant became satisfied with results, and both agreed on renewing tenant's lease for another year of tenancy that started on May 2018 until May 30th 2019.

That is a fake "account post" pretending being another person/tenant when in reality it was created by the same person on the lawsuit, Ivory Washigton.

 C’era we would like to advise you that you better have proof of your alegations since we will be taking legal actions against all defamatory and unproven alegations shortly and fights for our rights to the full legal extent at the court of law. If you have proof of us ripping you off please seek your legal rights first and come back with the outcome and proof, or perhaps your don’t do that because your intent is to cause defamation against our company together with Ivory Washington ? We honestly know we did not ripped off anyone nor you, and we act solely as a professional business under Florida rental law statues. This is your final warning prior to legal action.

 For those wondering the outcome please see video bellow or refer to our response on her Ivory Washington first Post. Ivory Washington agreed with people’s court to settle at the outcome, and to not comment or seek any kind or repercussions about the case, yet we see by her posts after it that that’s not the case. We will be considering a lawsuit for defamation shortly have Ivory Washington, continue on her defamatory efforts and instigate and/or recruiting others against our company based on her bias views, just because she haven’t got her way on the lawsuit outcome. We will also held everyone commingled with Ivory Washington responsive in the lawsuit. Security deposit and lawsuit response

We’re on the business for over a decade and we treat our tenants and customers as fair and professional as possible. We would never hold security deposit balances without damages caused and proof of it. About the Tenant Ivory Washington so called lawsuit you may refer to the video bellow, to see all the pictures and proof given to the judge as well as the outcome.

We will try our best to work on resolutions with our tenants but we cannot afford to pay for damages or any other kind of money loss caused by tenants and or prospects, otherwise we would not be able to be working have we had to pay for damages caused by others. I’m sure everyone can relate to that. If after trying to work on resolutions we can’t meet on a common ground our last resort is taking the matter legally with all the proof we will have, and trust me we will have proof and we will fight for our rights to the fullest extent of law, with all evidence we’ll have (similar to the video bellow or even more), just like any hard working human being would fight for their rights.

I also would like to add that out of dozens of tenants we had only a few got the security deposit held either fully or partially, and for those we have enough paper proof together as pictures and even videos to prove the estate they’ve left the property for such reason to occur. Thank you for your time and trust me when I say that we don’t profit on holding security deposits. If we could chose we would chose that all of our tenants take care of the units, and we would be more than happy to return the security deposits instead of we have to deal with the damages and losses financially, together with the aggravation to wait and prove that we had a true reason and for holding the security deposit. The court date never happened in browatd county, Fl, Because the director of peoples court in Stamford, CT   wrote me and so we on the show, it was pretty sad because the courts ruled partly in her favor even thought she couldn't provide any verifeable proof that she paid money to have the unit cleaned, She lied and lied, she's a monstar, she has a crimal record and is on drugs.  I feel it was because I'm a black girl, They awarded me some of my money back but not all, and sisnt even though on why I was sueing her for $5000.00.  I dont understand how they gave her credit her money that she couldn't even prove she paid, Feel free to email me ivorywashington97@gmail.com, I'm sorry you have to be her viictim as well

She ripped me off for my Deposit of $1,500 on beginning of April 2018 for unit 632 NW 47th ST Pompano Beach, FL 33064 and want answer my calls or text messages.
