I never met a Big scammer like this.! They have no money.. no credits.. nothing..
never purcahsed 1 cent of real Oil into their life!
They will try to attack you with some stories that they are not able to take directly from a refinery and they want Oil product from you.
Once they check your oil.. they find an excuse to pay and run away with the cargo.
