Sascha Koch - The owner of Sincere Changes, Remmett Studios 8033 (Film Studios USA), The Phoenix Spot, West Coast Vision LLC, has borrowed $40,000.00 from me and refuses to pay it back. His last studio (The Phoenix Spot) was only open for 2 years during which Sascha Koch wasted many people's time, energy and money. One example of his excessive spending was he (stupidly) built & furnished a pool-like atmosphere thinking that a pool was going to bring in more money into his business. Pools cost money to maintain. That money should have gone directly to me. He used my money to “party like a Rock Star” in his club so that he could swindle more money out of his “friends” and to furnish any future residence of his. Purchasing 5 more TV sets is not going to bring in more money. He chose to never advertise claiming that he makes enough money that he doesn't need to advertise. 

This business owner agreed to a contract for the borrowed amount and has yet to make a full monthly payment in the 3 years since signing the contract. Every month, for the last 3 years, he has made up excuses as to why he wasn’t making any money to support his contractual agreement. He has threatened me several times of non-payment so that I would not post THE TRUTH about him and his shady Personal & Business practices. It didn’t matter what I did, he wasn’t going to pay me and he would shift the blame to justify non-payment.
