Here I lay with a shattered spine,

WCB sayd, go back to work you'll be fine,

bottles and bottles of pain pills prescribed,

no ct scan or mri,

1 hospital, 2 hospitals, 3 and then 4,

my specific complaints all ignored,

1 doctor, 2 doctors, 3 and then 4,

are there any real doctors around here anymore?

2 years pass in the blink of an eye,

then an x-ray diagnoses my fractured spine,

so an MRI is finally given,

followed by a retired neurosurgeon for opinion,

10 recommendations made for rehabilitation,

all denied with wcb legislation,

so here I lay with a shattered spine,

with the opinion my fracture healed mal-aligned,

or it may not be healed after all,

because I was sent back to work after the fall,

my specific complaint of severe tailbone pain,

denied investigation to my distain,

even though the many x-rays state,

multiple fractures open for debate,

5 years pass in the blink of an eye,

labelled a malingering faker out for a free ride,

by a doctor who I trusted to help me,

with the consequences of my work injury,

A new doctor listens to my specific complaint,

he conducts a physical examination to investigate,

and diagnosis my 2nd spinal injury,

the reason for pain, and disability,

8 years plus have already passed,

1 more appeal, this will be my last,

20 appeals denied by WCB,

for medical care for my work injury,

But now I have proof WCB is a big fraud,

and when their time  comes they will answer to GOD,

I'll be their with Jesus, who I will tell,

send all these WCB liars for Justice in Hell;
