I ordered some lingeries from Sassy Angel on June 13th which is to be sent to to an address in New York as my friend will be travelling there so that she can bring the goods back for me. My friend who stays in New York did not receive anything from Sassy Angel and when I checked the link to the status of the order, it is stated that it got returned to sender. Since then, I have written several emails on July 28th,30th, August 16th and 17th and still did not receive any replies from them. My credit card has been charged and I am truly disappointed with this company as I have seen over the net another complaint lodged against them with the same problem. All I want is either they resend my orders or reverse the charges to my credit card.
