Satellite Services Inc Reported Satellite Services Inc for not compling with Air force contract, will not hire back because i am considered a Whistle Blower Marquette Michigan

I put in a report a couple of months ago about this company discriminating against me as a disabled veteran. I was forced to retire by the Veterans administration when they told me I was 100% disabled with housebound criteria, it was only later on in that same year I found out that the VA still considered me employable.
I knew that they could not find a qualified person to fill my old position( person must be approved by the Air Force as a Liquid Fuel Mechanic with at least 5 years experience) I have 10. I tried to contact all the right people including the company president Mr d**k Endicott, But with no luck, They were still using unauthorized people to do the job.
I than reported this to the head of fuels in Georgia (Tim Greene) and at the base in Niagara Falls to the person who is in contracting( Mr George Hafford)
The company (Satellite Services Inc) after hearing this, held a special meeting with all employees and told them that if they were caught discussing Satellite services business with me or anyone else, they would be fired on the spot
Even after all the notifications I gave the people in charge, last year the fuel yard had a substantial fuel spill caused by letting laborers fill this position. It was large enough for the Base Fire Department to set up a command tent and ring the area with fire trucks.
Last week, after much prodding, my former union rep called the Project Manager at the base, he was informed by the project manager that the company didn't want me back under any circumstances. I feel this is because I am considered a "Whistle Blower". I believe there are laws preventing this, it covers employees and former employees. Since the last 2 companies that came before Satellite Services, gave me outstanding reviews for my work, (Day & Zimmermann and VT Griffin) I feel this is a classic case for a Whistle Blower law suit and also a case for "Fraud, Waste, and Abuse that the government should investigate.
