Got a card in the mail offering 2 free round-trip tickets and 2 night/3 day hotel in any Southwest Air major market. Catch: hour and a half sales pitch for the ultimate travel private membership discount travel and lodging.
Initial calls have agents swear there are no hidden costs.
BIG catch: "voucher" is provided after the presentation, for funrewardsforyou.com
Ultimate catch: $50 to register at site, and to actually USE the vouchers, cost is $199 per person, to register 90 days in advance for air travel and hotels.
To us, that constitutes a scam / bait and switch.
