Dear consumers
I bought an unlocked phone from this store named Saturn Wireless located on 253 - 14 Rock away Blvd, Rose-dale NY 11422. They told me the phone was brand new and that i could used it any where. I was planning to send that phone to my family in my country of birth. I took the phone to another company that was gonna set the phone for me and found out the phone was refurbished and it was not unlocked. It was a wasted of my money and off my time. When i went make a complaint to the store and all they said it was that they did not know that the product was refurbished and that they were sure that the phone was unlocked. They are not serious about business and they do not care about the customer are their needs.
