I only wish I had visited this RipOffReport.com site before I hired Saruabh Suman of Candeo Tech.  If I had I would have avoided being ripped off like the previous guy who got ripped off by Candeo Tech.I hired Saurabh Suman to build my site, detailing everything I needed done.  I paid him a deposit.  Months later, he said he was done.

I told him there must be some mistake because there were numerous items he didn't complete.  He very strangely insisted they were done when they obviously weren't.  We went back and forth, all the while he kept saying he wanted more money.  I told him I wasn't about to throw good money after bad.  Finally, I had enough and told him I wanted a refund.

Not only did he not give me a refund, he falsified reports from PayPal saying he DID give me a refund.  Then he had the audacity to tell me to give a rating of 10 on Scriptlance!

The guy is not only a crook.  He's weird too!

In the end, he delivered me nothing as he kept all the codes on his server.  He also kept my deposit of nearly $800 and kept sending me emails to give him more money.

If you want good, honest work, hire someone else, preferably someone nearby you can take to court if they don't do the work they promised.  Saurabh Suman is in India.  I can't do anything but kiss my money goodbye.
