I am writing this letter regarding the Merchandise that we received from Safe Fuel CA./ Supplemental Hydrogen.

The Merchandise in question is as follows:
1.HX SL-50 (RECIVED)
2.ScanGaugeII including Free upgrade to X-Gauge ($45.00 Value)
(NOT RECVIED)

These items were ordered online on 06/07/2008 order #2403 however, both items were NOT received together; We only received the HX SL-50 on July 02, 2008 via UPS tracking # 1Z2F87x0DL57112762. I then had to contact the company by phone and by email numerous times to verify why my order was incomplete and the Scan Gauge was not shipped.

As of today's date 07/30/200 I still have not received my ScanGauge. We were not happy with products proformace as well as the major delay in completing our order so, on
7/30/08 my wife Shellie contacted the company and a young lady answered the phone who advised my wife to hold the line. thats when John Bolle came on the phone and my wife asked him how your 30day money back guarantee works. John advised her that we needed to discuss what might be the problem with the installation of the product.. At which time my wife gave me/Michael the phone and John Bolle and I proceeded to have a discussion about my dissatisfaction of the product HX SL-50.

Unfortunately, my questions and concerns were not addressed per the phone conversation not to mention John terminated the call after I asked him how I could contact him directly. After afetr phone conversation, I sent the company an email addressed Attn; John Bolle through the Contact Customer Service page access code 9037 advising the company that I will in fact be returning the product.

I also advised them to resolve the problem they needed to refund the full cost of the product plus shipping in the amount of $1,006.87 that needs to be credited back on my account or by check.

Well, today 8/01/08 I checked my online banking and come to find out this company proceeded with the delivery of my Scan gauge and placed the shipping fees and charges on my card without my authorization! Nice Huh! Well, we attempted to call all the phone numbers listed on the web site and all phone numbers have an automated ans system that says' " This Voice mail telea-account has been suspened! We are very upset and we want everyone to know.."DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY" It's a Scam & a Major RIP-off.
