I first dealt with this company about a month ago.  They offer discount "deals" for gift cards and/or vouchers to purchase merchandise online.  I bought a $25 Boston Market gift card for $15 and it took several weeks to arrive.  I also bought a $10 CVS gift certificate for $5 with no problem- I printed and used in the store.

It was downhill from there!

When the CVS deal became available again, I spent another $5, my card was charged, but the link to the e-gift certificate did not work.  Numerous buyers had this same complaint.  At around the same time,I also bought a $10 Subway giftcard for $5 - I "redeemed" last week and filled in my mailing address, but haven't received it yet.

The worst, however, was when I used the $10 credit given to new customers to purchase a $40 voucher to BeautyofaSite, which sells cosmetics online.  The cost of the voucher was $19, so after applying my $10 credit, my cost should have been $9.  My first credit card (which was stored on site) was inexplicably refused, and I foolishly entered another credit card.

Well...they charged my first card twice - for both $9 and $19 - and the second card was charged $19.  They have promised to refund the $38, plus the $5 for the CVS link, but there are hundreds of complaints on their site and their Facebook page that promised refunds are never delivered.  There are so many complaints about beng charged multiple times that it cannot be an accident - imagine how many people never notice an additional $5 or $9 charge on their cards?

I am not very hopeful that I will get the refund.  The voucher for the cosmetics did work and the site seemed legitimate, so we'll see if the merchandise arrives.  I did not spend a penny above the $40 voucher!
