savemore.com Save More Daily They took my money and I never got my giftcard! Internet

I bought a giftcard from savemore.com. Thinking I would get it in time for Christmas for my mother in law. It as $15 for a $25 GC for Barnes and Noble. I thought I was getting a great deal. I bought it and redeemed it on 12/14. I waited and waited and WAITED some more. The day after Christmas when I hadn't gotten it, I looked up the number and called them. After trying for 2 hours to get through to a person I left a message. I did not recieve a call back. After I called again for 4 days in a row I did not recieve a phone call back. So I took it to social media. Facebook, I posted on their page where was my GC and if I wasn't going to get it I wanted my money back and now! So within minutes they replied to contact them at facebook@savemore.com WELL then I did contact them and said yes I wanted it if it was going to be shipped out by the end of the week when they promised me on facebook. WELL then they said no problem. When I did not get a conformation email saying it had been shipped, I demanded my money back. Now they are ignoring me and coutless others on Facebook. This company is a TOTAL 100% SCAM. DO not listen to them, I want my money back and I want it back YESTERDAY. They really are a scummy company. I just want my money back and never to hear from them again EVER. I sure hope no one will fall for this scam after reading this. SAVEMORE more like TAKEMORE
