savemore.com Bought Barnes and Noble gift never received. This is a scam!!! internet, Nationwide

I purchased a Barnes and Noble gift card and never received it.  I have called several times and left messages for them to call me back, but never have heard from them.  One time I did get online and talked to someone on an online chat.  Never saw a place to chat before or after.  I was told that they sold so many they were on back order.  They assured me that mine was going to be going out in the next 5 days on the next shipment out.

I think they were just trying to buy them time to make sure my credit card company had paid them and  I had paid the bill so I could not refuse payment on the charge. 

I also have noticed that they only sell things that are at a low cost .  My thought is that if they keep a low cost people won't do anything about it.  Well it's wrong and I want their website Shut Down!!
