    I bought two e-giftcards from the website savemore. One was a CVS and the other Subway. They took my money and I never was able to get the items I purchased.Lin was not working giving me a 404 file or directory not found. I tried contacting customer service several times only to be on hold for 15 min then hung up on each time. I call all sorts of hours throughout the day. So I decided to let them know on facebook what was going on, and all they said give us your phone number and we will get back to you. I kept telling them about my situation and how I felt I got ripped off and they earsed all my comments then blocked me. I read other responses on a discussion on facebook and everyone was mentioning the same thing. I finally got through to their email savemore@facebook .com. A man by the name of Michael who is the manager was no help I mention how none of their phone numbers or email help@savemore.com did not work. After email after email I maybe got three and I sent a ton. Michael finally said I got a refund but never got my information and they just said it so that I stop bothering them. I haven't gotten a refund yet. I have printed out conversations I had on facebook before they blocked me and they made a smart remark when I mention I could not get through to customer service through phone they said "it works but with the call volume we are experiencing, I cannot guarantee you will be able to get in right away. But, if you want to waste your time, contunie to call and someone will get to you when they can. 1-800-441-1090. Have a wonderful day. I thought they were rude and not willing to help. please don't buy anything from them! I still want to know who can I speak to regarding savemore!
